Introduction. Cerebral Palsy is a condition that affects motor and/or cognitive development in childhood, with gait often being affected. TNMI emerges as a therapeutic strategy aimed at improving motor and cognitive skills. Objective. To evaluate the efficacy of the TheraSuit Method in the progression of the GMFM-66 scale in children with CP, seeking to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and clinical practice. Method. A prospective, longitudinal study with 7 children with CP submitted to the TheraSuit Method. GMFM-66 scale data were collected before and after treatment. Statistical analyses evaluated the variation of the scores. Results: All but one of the children showed progress on GMFM-66. Results. varied between patients, demonstrating improvements from 0.1 to 7.3 points on the scale. There was an average increase of 5.39% in the score. Conclusion. The study showed significant improvements in GMFM-66 scores, especially in participants at GMFCS levels III and IV. However, the existing literature has limitations regarding the availability and quality of articles, making it difficult to draw solid conclusions. The demand for more investment in this type of treatment, based on the evidence of its efficacy, is evident and crucial to improve the care of children with CP.
