Imagem: Revista de História da Arte is a biannual academic-scientific journal dedicated to History of Art, founded in 2021 and headquartered at the Federal University of São Paulo/Brazil - Postgraduate Program in History of Art. It is edited and managed by researchers connected to various educational, research and heritage safeguarding institutions settled worldwide.

As an editorial axis, Imagem seeks transdisciplinarity and the internationalization of its publications and contributions, thus promoting exchange between researchers and institutions, in addition to promoting studies in History of Art. Thus, the journal opens up submitting full texts in the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, English and Italian.

Imagem: Revista de História da Arte publishes contributions to the following sessions: Papers; Thematic Dossier; Artists' Texts; Reviews of Publications; Exhibition Reviews; Interviews; Translations and Documents; Gallery. Access to Image editions is free and open in order to ensure the dissemination of knowledge production on a global level, always observing the explicit reference to their authors and other bibliographic references.
