Abstract

This article reports an experience with activities developed within the scope of PIBID. The objective of this work was to bring to a third-year high school class an overview of Green Chemistry (QV). To this end, there were moments of dynamics with a scientific article (making it possible to clarify: what, in fact, green chemistry is, how important it is, what is the difference in relation to environmental chemistry, etc.), application of questionnaires, as well as carrying out experiments. It was found that the majority had not yet had contact with this content; that they became capable of suggesting assertive actions in the context of QoL. Therefore, it is important that this subject is explained more in the routine of basic education, as professionals will emerge from there who need to practice good control, handling and disposal of chemical products.
