Special Edition dedicated to the Congress of the Graduate Program in Science and Technology/Chemistry of the Federal University of ABC, Brazil (CTQ/UFABC Graduate Congress)
Dear Participants of the CTQ/UFABC Graduate Congress,
We are delighted to announce the opportunity to publish full papers related to those presented at the event in the Journal of Science & Sustainable Engineering. This journal was launched in the 2nd semester of 2023 and its editor-in-chief is Prof. Yvan Asencios, a professor in our program.
The Journal of Science & Sustainable Engineering (JSSE) (ISSN 2965-4505) is part of the UNIFESP Journal Portal. Each article undergoes peer review, follows good scientific publishing practices and each accepted article receives a DOI. JSSE is indexed in Google Scholar and Crossref. The 1st issue of the journal was published in 2023 and the 4th issue, which will be dedicated to our event, will be published in early 2025. The scope of the journal can be found at https://periodicos.unifesp.br/index.php/jsse.
Full papers, or short communications, should follow the template available at https://periodicos.unifesp.br/index.php/jsse and manuscripts should be submitted by February 14, 2025 via https://periodicos.unifesp.br/index.php/jsse/about/submissions. When submitting the manuscript, after creating an account, we kindly ask the authors to select the “Original Articles” option in the submission area and then choose the “Special Issues from Scientific Meetings” option in the categories area. Finally, in the comments to the Editor box, please write “CTQ/UFABC Congress, 2024”.
Please note that only unpublished articles can be published. Papers of up to 7 pages and review articles will be accepted.
We hope that our community will take advantage of this unique opportunity to publish the papers presented at the event in the Journal of Science & Sustainable Engineering, while at the same time giving prestige to and encouraging the growth of a journal.
