Abstract

Based on the results obtained in the field, this research analyzed how political parties include Environmental Education themes in their local election campaigns in the Chókwè district and the difficulties/limitations presented by the applied practices. It aimed to identify the problems in its operationalization and implementation in schools through an EDUCATIONAL PROJECT. To achieve the objective, bibliographic analysis techniques were used that contained the most relevant content to justify the need to address the topic, facilitating understanding of the subject. The research involved traditional structures (chiefs), administrative structures (neighborhood secretaries, locality chiefs, and posts), municipal councilors, and apprentices, especially secondary school teachers and teachers from the Chókwè technical institute. Thus, the study concluded that the communities participating in the research are aware and conscious of the electoral impacts, demonstrating the need for changes in attitudes in the way campaigns are conducted. This means that methodologies can be altered given the era of technological evolution in which we live. With the introduction of the internet and other means that do not harm the quality of life and the environment, as an appropriate and recommended means for the development of future electoral political propaganda, changes are needed that can materialize the revolution of Environmental Education in electoral propaganda as a whole and achieve 0% pollution.
