A possibility for the practice of Ecotourism: a brief diagnosis in the Community of Pilões in Miracema (TO, Brazil)

Abstract

This article aims to diagnose the possibility of the practice of ecotourism in the rural community of the pylons in Miracema-TO. The initially bibliographic and empirical research and participant action. In which, in the first moment, it discusses the importance of ecotourism and tourism the way they should think in a planned way. In the second moment is presented the result of the experience of a visit to Serra do Bandeira in the community of the Pilões, at the time, a group formed by 11 people, among them, residents and professors and representative of Ruraltins, organized and resolved Make a 5 kilometre trail at this location on July 09, 2017.
