Abstract

The period of the governing juntas was a liberal-constitutional transformation
period and rearrangement and of the regional powers. Our goal
here is to demonstrate how the boards of the royal treasury, traditional
and jurisdictional forms of tax administration, become the basis of new
political and economic regional powers.
