Abstract

The current period is causing an accelerated transformation of meta-frameworks. We are facing a sacralization of autonomy and individual freedom that leads to an erosion of the structures that previously guaranteed social cohesion. Institutions are being undermined, while the model of work as a source of creativity and solidarity no longer works. The result is a disinvestment in work collectives and a fragmentation of bonds.

We postulate that professional spaces are (still) places where the subject is forced to deal with the “other”. Therefore, we need to (re)think about the, register inherent in institutional life, which originates from displeasure, and re-examine the need to “invest in displeasure”. This presupposes a voluntary renunciation for the benefit of the group and the collective and working together to assume a group and/or institutional instance.
