Abstract

The subject of the article is three different global maps, whose designs are established from the beginning of modernity to the present day and, in addition, the sociopolitical and economic reasons that caused these changes in global lines. The objective is to show how, among the designs of Westphalian developmentalism and neoliberalism, the fascist design does not appear as a simple deviation on the enlightened route that ideologically forms modernity. After drafting this large map, it is shown how neofascism has currently reconfigured the lines that were established after the Second World War with nationalist military business models. Another aspect addressed refers to the way in which these modern designs mapped here and their corresponding capitalist political-economic systems often co-opt part of militancy and their political-social struggles to reverse the moral aspect of such movements in support of a base for business explorations in different types of capitalist interests. The contribution of the article to the contemporary political debate is to remove a moralistic facet from the discussion for the analysis of issues, returning to them the complexity of their symptomatic formations. With the picture of problems exposed in this denser section, it is clear that solutions to confront neo-fascism must be thought of based on new designs that escape the forms (Westphalian developmentalism or neoliberalism) already designed in modernity.
