Abstract

The article investigates aspects of food security for the population surrounding the CEAGESP food market in São Paulo during the pandemic and quarantine phase. It discusses the new methodological strategies adopted for field research during the work-from-home period forced upon students and researchers. The article also explores the mechanisms implemented by the government and society to ensure access to food, especially for the most vulnerable population during that time.
