Abstract

The cognitive and behavioural consequences of mild traumatic brain injuries which appear in the life of individuals are introduced and discussed by the authors. Different psychopathologic resulting scenarios are presented in the paper as well as the existencial difficulties present in each of them. The authors, by portraying these difficulties, intend to make explicit how much ignorance or undervalorization of these consequences may hazard the quality of life of those people who had such traumatic brain injuries and of their relatives as well.
