The Behçet disease is multisystemic, there is not specific laboratorial hallmark and the classic description is oral lesions, genital ulcerations and uveitis. The neurologic involvement oscillates among 4 to 29% of compromised individuals. This report is about two cases of neuro-Behçet. The first case attacked is 24 year old man that presented with impairment of third cranial nerve at right and important neuropsichologic envolviment. The second case is a 47 year old woman with caracterized by headache, low acuity visual, malaise, nodous erythema, venous thrombosis and there was pseudoaedema of papila.
