We describe the clinical case of a female patient with recurrent medulloblastoma seven years after the first treatment. The patient was submitted to autologous bone marrow transplantation after the use of six cycles of ICE protocol (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide). The tumor reached complete remission. Two months after the procedure, magnetic resonance imaging of the brain showed two distinct images suggesting a lesion in the brain stem of low degree of malignancy, probably radioinduced, and a hypercaptanting image in the cerebelar vermis, possibly representing recurrence of the medulloblastoma.
