Fatores de exposição do Transtorno Opositor Desafiador: uma revisão de escopo

Objetivo. Realizar uma revisão de escopo acerca dos fatores de exposição do Transtorno Opositor Desafiador, investigando os fatores de risco e os fatores de proteção, no contexto mundial. Método. Utilizou-se a metodologia População, Contexto, Conceito (PCC) para nortear a elaboração da pergunta-problema, embasando a busca por artigos nas bases de dados PubMed, Embase, PsycNet e Scopus. Os artigos foram selecionados a partir dos operadores booleanos somados aos critérios de exclusão e inclusão, sendo, posteriormente, encaminhados para o processo de extração. Resultados. Após realizar o processo de seleção, 13 artigos foram selecionados seguindo os critérios de inclusão que foram apresentados na metodologia. Os artigos abordam sobre características que têm impactos favoráveis ao desenvolvimento do Transtorno Opositor Desafiador, como os fatores familiares, sociais e individuais. Conclusão. Diversos fatores, como familiares, sociais e situacionais, apresentaram impactos no desenvolvimento e manutenção do Transtorno Opositor Desafiador, necessitando de uma análise conjunta e dinâmica para compreender e acompanhar os indivíduos com a doença. Mais estudos são necessários para explorar outras influências e aumentar a base de conhecimentos sobre o tema.
