Evolução Funcional na fisioterapia de acordo com a CIF

Introdução. A Classificação Internacional de Funcionalidade, Incapacidade e Saúde (CIF) propõe a descrição de componentes de saúde, trazendo aspectos da funcionalidade e incapacidade como elementos centrais na reabilitação. Devido a sua abrangência e complexidade, este instrumento tem gerado desafios para os profissionais de saúde, em especial, para serviços voltados às pessoas com deficiência (PcD). A atenção às PcD requer um cuidado integral e ações consonantes entre as políticas públicas e serviços de saúde. Desafiando essas perspectivas, a CIF é utilizada como ferramenta diária dos profissionais na Associação de Assistência à Criança com Deficiência (AACD). Objetivo. Identificar o perfil funcional dos indivíduos atendidos nos três setores da fisioterapia em um centro de reabilitação física com base na CIF. Método. Estudo observacional descritivo e analítico realizado nos setores da fisioterapia infantil, adulto e aquática por meio da análise das planilhas de evolução setorial da população pediátrica e adulta atendida em 2021. Resultados. Analisadas 3.124 relatórios evoluções trimestral de 1.900 pacientes. As principais condições de saúde atendidas foram paralisia cerebral, lesões encefálicas adquiridas e amputação. A taxa de evolução funcional setorial foi de 80% com mudanças nos qualificadores. Houve prevalência nas escolhas dos objetivos relacionados com os domínios de atividade e participação nos três setores. Conclusão. A implementação desta ferramenta em centros de reabilitação auxilia na promoção de saúde e definição do plano terapêutico adequado. A evolução funcional dos PcD na instituição pode sugerir eficácia na promoção de uma linha de cuidados resolutiva frente às necessidades desta população.
