The text analyzes how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected vulnerable families in Brazil, highlighting the unequal distribution of income and the lack of investments in essential areas such as education, health, and social assistance, which have exacerbated this vulnerability. The absence of adequate public policies during the pandemic worsened the situation. Utilizing the concepts of "VUCA" (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) and "BANI" (Brittleness, Anxiety, Nonlinearity, and Incomprehensibility), the text addresses the need for institutions to adapt to a constantly changing world. To address these challenges, the text recommends: 1. Strengthening public policies to ensure access to essential services. 2. Investing in training and job creation to increase family self-sufficiency. 3. Improving access to healthcare services, especially in vulnerable areas. 4. Promoting education with equal opportunities for all children. 5. Establishing partnerships between different sectors. The text concludes that continuous collaborative efforts are necessary to build a more just and inclusive future, recognizing the complexity and interconnectedness of the issues exacerbated by the pandemic.
