Abstract

This work analyzed the criteria adopted in the processes of monitoring, control, inspection and disposal of movable assets, clarifying the difficulty of performing this procedure efficiently. In order to do so, the patrimonial management, legislation applied to information technology in public administration and the sustainable logistics plan were analyzed. The factors that influence the questioning of the Movable Assets System are the negative reports regarding the inappropriate disposal of movable assets in public areas, meetings in Internal Commissions for the Prevention of Accidents in the Work Environment where the problem is exposed globally, and pending issues observed informally in the Movable Assets System/Software where computer and office materials are viewed physically but not electronically. Investing in courses on sustainable awareness, training, functional behavior, logistics and administrative support would solve the problem. After the creation of federal law nº 8.666/93, the Bidding Law, the disposal of useless, economically irrecoverable and obsolete movable assets, in a sustainable way, was formalized, increasing the State's collection, through auctions, but unfortunately the money collected did not it is aimed at social projects or at the State's priority portfolios, which would improve the population's quality of life, in addition to preserving the environment, preventing the emergence of diseases and accidents at work with servers.
