About the Journal

Created in 1988, Acta Paulista de Enfermagem is the technical-scientific electronic publication of the Paulista School of Nursing - EPE of the Federal University of São Paulo - UNIFESP. ISSN (electronic version): 1982-0194. Its mission is to disseminate scientific knowledge generated in the rigor of research methodology and ethics. The purpose of Acta is to publish original research results for the advancement of clinical, surgical, managerial, teaching, research, and information and communication technology nursing practices. Articles are published using the continuous publication methodology. Acta follows the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

The abbreviation of Acta Paulista de Enfermagem is Acta Paul Enferm. form that should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic legends.
