Abstract

This text reviews the book Revolución – Una historia intelectual by the Italian historian Enzo Traverso. The essential theme of each chapter is highlighted, and the text offers a brief concluding discussion on the notion of the dialectical image in Walter Benjamin and on the book's title.

  • Hernandez Vivan Eichenberger, Instituto Federal Catarinense - IFC

    Philosophy professor at the Instituto Federal Catarinense, São Francisco do Sul campus. He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Universidade Federal do Paraná, and a master's and doctorate from the same institution, with a research stay at the University of Paris VIII.
