El DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE URBANO Y SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA EN LA POBLACIÓN DEL CONURBANO SUR DE BUENOS AIRES EN LA SITUACIÓN DE PANDEMIA COVID 19

Abstract

The text addresses the worsening of food security conditions in Argentina, especially in the southern conurbation, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Self-managed organizations have sought to meet the population's food needs through sustainable agroecological ventures. These initiatives aim to preserve natural resources and mitigate environmental damage, while social movements and co-management policies with local governments promote alternatives for self-management of food production and distribution. The main objective of the work is to describe the food situation in Argentina in the post-pandemic period, especially in the Buenos Aires conurbation, where poverty is most concentrated.
