Resumo

Este artigo explora as abordagens de Nietzsche acerca do idealismo e da ética kantianos. Depo is de considerar suas abordagens juvenis inconclusas acerca do idealismo kantiano, o artigo sustenta que, ao rejeitar posteriormente o idealismo kantiano, Nietzsche afirma, em vez de negar, que a realidade nos é acessível, e também supera sua anterior recusa kantiana de que podemos produzir juízos acerca dessa realidade. O artigo sustenta, então, que as críticas explícitas de Nietzsche à ética kantiana não são convincentes, mas que ele também desenvolveu uma ética “kantiana” a seu modo. Assim, o artigo pretende mostrar que elementos negligenciados das abordagens de Nietzsche acerca de Kant são mais proveitosos do que aqueles comumente enfatizados.
